Mark S. Taborowski

Mark Taborowski’s legal practice includes family law (divorce, paternity, adoptions, orders of protection and child custody), insurance and personal injury litigation, civil and commercial litigation, small claims, and collections. He has conducted and co-counseled on a number of trials, including civil jury trials.

Mark’s experience as a family law and personal injury practitioner and litigator brings an incomparable perspective to family law mediation. He sympathizes and understands what his clients are experiencing, remains objective and provides sound advice based on one’s particular needs. He himself has been the victim of a serious motor vehicle collision and has experienced the process firsthand.
Fluent in English and Polish, Mark is most passionate about justice, helping those injured in serious incidents and families undergoing stressful marital conflicts requiring access to the legal system.

Mark Taborowski received his degree from Carleton University in Ottawa graduating in 1998 with a B.A. with Highest Honours. He graduated from Queen’s University with a law degree in 2001. He articled in 2001 to 2002, while working as an associate for a full-service law firm, which later morphed into a boutique personal injury law firm. In 2005, he commenced his own practice and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada. He is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.

In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, flying, spending time with friends and beloved family.
